Available exclusively on selected Explorations by Norwegian voyages of 14 nights or longer, Lotus Garden invites guests to experience the vibrant and diverse flavours of Asia in an elegant specialty dining setting. During these longer Explorations, Toscana transforms into Lotus Garden for the second half of the voyage, offering guests the opportunity to enjoy two distinctive culinary experiences throughout a single journey.
From the aromatic spices of Southeast Asia to the delicate flavours of Japan and beyond, Lotus Garden celebrates the rich culinary traditions of the region with a menu designed to delight adventurous and seasoned food lovers alike. Combining fresh ingredients, authentic recipes, and beautifully presented dishes, every meal is a memorable part of your Exploration.
Guests can begin their dining experience with a selection of Asian-inspired appetisers, including Chef's Selection of sashimi and sushi rolls, Chicken Satay, Vietnamese Pork Spring Rolls, and refreshing Banh Trang Summer Rolls. Main courses feature favourites such as Beef Teriyaki, Malaysian Beef Penaeng, Chicken Shio Ramen Noodles, Shrimp Pad Thai, Salmon Claypot, and Thai Vegetable Curry, while indulgent desserts including Yuzu & Chocolate Cheesecake, Mango-Caramel Tapioca, and Matcha Green Tea Ice Cream provide the perfect finale.

Making a Reservation
Reservations for Lotus Garden can only be made once you are onboard and are not available prior to embarkation.
To provide an enhanced experience for suite guests, those travelling in Penthouse Suites, Vista Suites and Owner's Suites enjoy exclusive access to specialty dining reservations during the first two days of the voyage.
From the third day of the sailing, reservations open to guests across all stateroom categories, subject to availability.
As Lotus Garden is only available during the second half of eligible voyages, we recommend securing your reservation as early as possible once reservations become available to ensure you don't miss this exceptional Asian dining experience.
