Available exclusively on selected Explorations by Norwegian voyages of 14 nights or longer, Le Bistro offers guests the opportunity to experience the timeless flavours and elegance of French cuisine while at sea. During these longer Explorations, Polo Grill transforms into Le Bistro for the second half of the voyage, creating two unique specialty dining experiences across a single journey.
Step into the elegant world of Le Bistro, where classic French cuisine, refined flavours, and sophisticated surroundings come together to create one of the most memorable dining experiences onboard. Inspired by the great bistros of France, Le Bistro invites guests to slow down, savour each course, and enjoy an evening of timeless culinary artistry.
The menu showcases a range of authentic French favourites, from traditional Escargots à la Bourguignonne and Smoked Salmon Rillette to comforting classics such as French Onion Soup and Goat Cheese Soufflé. Main courses feature beautifully prepared dishes including Steak au Poivre, Herb-Crusted Free-Range Chicken, Grilled Lamb Chops, Bouillabaisse, and Lobster Thermidor, available as a premium selection. To complete your dining experience, indulge in classic French desserts such as Crème Brûlée, Chocolate Mousse, Profiteroles, and Peach Melba.

Making a Reservation
Reservations for Le Bistro can only be made once you are onboard and are not available prior to embarkation.
To provide an enhanced experience for suite guests, those travelling in Penthouse Suites, Vista Suites and Owner's Suites enjoy exclusive access to specialty dining reservations during the first two days of the voyage.
From the third day of the sailing, reservations open to guests across all stateroom categories, subject to availability.
As Le Bistro is only available during the second half of eligible voyages, we recommend securing your reservation as early as possible once reservations become available to ensure you don't miss this sophisticated French dining experience.
