Elevate your evenings at sea with specialty dining aboard your Explorations by Norwegian voyage. From perfectly prepared steaks and classic Italian favourites to additional dining experiences on our longer voyages, there’s something delicious to discover.
Specialty Dining Reservations
There are two specialty dining venues available at any one time during your voyage. Reservations can be made in advance through the My Explorations Portal, located within the My Account section.
Your online reservation window opens according to your stateroom category:
- Owner’s & Vista Suites: 75 days prior to departure
- Penthouse Suites: 75 days prior to departure
- Club Balcony Staterooms: 60 days prior to departure
- All other stateroom categories: 45 days prior to departure
Online specialty dining reservations close 7 days prior to departure.
If you haven’t made a reservation before your voyage, don’t worry. Additional dining availability may also be offered once onboard and is subject to availability.
Voyages of 13 Nights or Shorter
Guests sailing on voyages of 13 nights or fewer can enjoy two specialty dining restaurants:
Polo Grill
A classic steakhouse experience.
Toscana
An Italian dining experience inspired by the flavours of Italy.
Voyages of 14 Nights or Longer
On voyages of 14 nights or longer, there’s even more to discover.
During the first half of your voyage, you can enjoy Polo Grill and Toscana. Midway through your sailing, these venues transform to introduce two additional dining experiences:
- Toscana transforms into Lotus Garden, featuring an Asian-inspired dining experience.
Polo Grill transforms into Le Bistro, offering a new specialty dining experience for the second half of your voyage.
Reserving Lotus Garden & Le Bistro
Reservations for Lotus Garden and Le Bistro are available once you’re onboard only.
After embarking, simply visit the Onboard Dining Reservations Team on deck 5, to check availability and make your reservation.
Please note that Lotus Garden and Le Bistro cannot currently be reserved through the My Explorations Portal.
Additional Specialty Dining
Want to enjoy another specialty dining experience during your voyage?
Additional specialty dining reservations can be purchased beyond your included allocation for a cover charge of US$25 per person, per dining experience, subject to availability.
